How The Leagues Finished: Liga Zon Sagres

For those of you that don't know what the Liga Zon Sagres is, it's the premier league for Portuguese soccer. Benfica claimed their 33RD title this year besting the other members of the big three by significant gaps. They bested second place Sporting by seven points and Porto by 13 which made the first time since 1982 that Porto finished in third in the manner that they did. Estoril was the surprise team finishing in fourth place earning them a spot in next season's Europa League as well as Nacional De Madeira (finished in 5TH with 45 points). The biggest disappoint of the year in the league was Pacos De Ferreira who started the season in the qualifying spot for the Champions League and now they face relegation.
